Skedet LLC ("Skedet") Content Policy

Skedet encourages its Users to provide, publish and share content among its User base.  Skedet, however, has a responsibility to the User community to ensure that this content be free of certain elements that Skedet believes is inappropriate for the intended use of the services.  Some of these elements are dictated by law and some by common sense.  Skedet believes that the presence of these elements detracts not only from the community of Users, but also the provisioning of its services.

Users are not permitted to use Skedet's services for any unlawful or illegal purpose or activity.  In the event that Skedet, in its reasonable opinion, deems that a User is doing so, Skedet reserves the right to terminate the User's account and to report such User to the appropriate authorities.  Indeed, Users should be aware that if Skedet, in its reasonable opinion, deems that any User Content is actionable or in violation of law, Skedet may contact the appropriate authorities.

Skedet asks that each User take the time to become familiar with this Content Policy and to not only respect the limitations set forth herein, but also fellow Users.  Skedet reserves the right to make changes to this Policy in its sole discretion.  The most current version of the Policy will be located here Skedet Content Policy

Skedet prohibits Users from publishing any User Content (including, but not limited to images, text and video) that contains :

(i) sexually graphic material of any type, nudity or is otherwise deemed by Skedet to be objectionable;

(ii) hate speech, or that promotes or encourages bias towards groups of a particular race, color, creed, religion, age, gender, or sexual orientation;

(iii) acts or threats of acts of violance;

(iv) spam, malware, viruses or other malicious coding;

(v) information intended to impersonate others; or

(vi) any User's personal, confidential and otherwise private information (including, without limitation, a User's address, telephone number or social security number) which has not been authorized for publication by such User;

 

Also, in the event that Skedet is informed of a clear instance of copyright infringement, Skedet will take reasonable measures to investigate and attempt in good faith to resolve the issue.
